Kind of odd to include unmasked batman instead of Riddler. Kids (the target here with these) probably won't even use the unmasked Batman. I mean- it's not like kids are really the target of this dark and scary batman anyways- but if you're marketing toys to kids you might as well throw in the movies main villain...

They went the McF route, cheaper to do alternate head than an entirely new villain body.
