classic toy but cant remember name

I need to find this toy from my childhood it comes in sets that can be put together and are clear spheres with gears and motors inside from the 80's or 90's. They are water proof and are battery powered if I remember right please help

Flipwilson is right, but it is spelled "Capsella". They were pretty cool!
