Hi guys,
Any help is appreciated to ID these parts:

1. Glow-in-the Dark Staff. 2.75" long, came with some glow-in-the-dark accessories from the vintage Arco Other World Toy Line but this Staff is too hard of a plastic to belong to that line.

2. Black Helmet/Headress with Red Eye. 1.25" tall probably too big for a standard 3.75" figure. Has a tail and two wings, as well as some kind of red eye. I thought this might belong to one of the larger Robotech figures but it does not.

3. Light Blue Belt. Layed flat it is 2.75" long, looks like it would fit a standard 3.75" figure. Made of a harder plastic with a bit of flex to it. Also has two tabs that fit into two holes.

4. Pair of Rubber Wings. Each wing is 2" long. Clear, extremely flexible, and brittle rubber. Each wing has a peg for fitting into some kind of insect.
