i dont know if this makes sense but on my sw doom i got his left arm can go straight out ,up and down. but his right arm can only move like if you were to stick your arm straight out and spin it in a staright clockwise circle.so im guessing its a problem with the shoulder joint, can anyone help with this problem or has this happend to you.as im reading this it starts to make less sense.

Mine is the opposite, the right arm can move up,down, and all around but the left, only up/around. I've looked on the shoulder and the bad one seems to be lacking the little spot where you can tell the arm moves up with. Plus I had to fix the head that kept coming off.

I have a Captain America with the same problem, but I assumed it was a paint problem. Obviously that isn't the case with Doom.
I can usually work an elbow or knee loose, but a shoulder joint is a pain, especially when it's stuck inside. I tried softening the plastic and pulling the joint apart, but I can't get any leverage on the shoulder. I'm out of ideas |

I haven't a clue on the shoulder, the head was the standard ball joint, use a little super glue and allow to dry before putting the head back on.

HOT water, not boiling but hot coffee hot, submerge tight area, remove and slowly work the area.
TO TIGHTEN: I've always used small amounts of hot glue with success. Put on, put directly in freezer for 30 mins, remove and slowly work the area for articulation to fully return.
