Help with this oddball fellow!

Hi all - long time lurker first time poster!

Recently dug this guy up and I cannot identify him.

The only markings on his body (that is present) is “Hong Kong” on his back. He’s about 6” tall.

Any help would be appreciated!

SOLVED: Samurai and his Combat Master action figure by (I think) Hang Yip - early to mid-80s from what I can gather...
