Hey guys, what beer labels are your favorites?

Here is one I especially liked:

Magic Hat "Night of the Living Dead...beer"

It was an "Odd Notions" or something? I have one of the labels stuck to a notebook somewhere....had to save it.

Ohhh Dia de los meurtos? Nice... didn't know there was a beer for that...

I'm opting for double bastard, or Sol.

And any label from the fear and loathing artist guy.

Ralph Steadman? I totally agree, thank you! His work rocks, and that Flying Dog beer is great (the beer and the awesome artwork). My girlfriend gave me the inquisitive eye during our trip to Chicago back last October because I suddenly stopped in my tracks and bought a Flying Dog. I love wheat beer, and the labels are cool.

Yeah, my brothers got all the bottles, up in his room.
Also wheat beer is fantastic, but I like me some creveza, especially light ones.

Which is your favourite label for the Steadman ales?

You should snag a couple shots of those bottles, atleast the unique ones. Remembering the art of labels that are no longer around are pretty important, but just use your intuition.

I like the labels of Flying Dog Brewery, but they change very rapidly. The version of what I remember as Hefeweizen has apparently changed, along with the pale ale. Still decent designs, but not what they once were.

Disclaimer:
I'm not indorsing these beers, I'm just analyzing their labels for my own interests. Don't drink for the sake of consuming alcohol, it is overrated. The key to saving the artwork is to remove the labels while the bottle is still full, that way there is condensation on the label so the label itself peels off without complications.

My favorite label is the one on a full bottle that's free, cold and mine.

Seriously, here's one of my favorites:

Hell yes. I wanted to try that beer, but every bar that offered it never actually had any to sell. False advertising.....

Stella's logo is pretty boss, whenever I see it I begin to salivate as I begin to shove others to help move the process along of getting me one faster than if I was at work thinking about one or seven.

I also like Shock Tops logo too.

That orange slice is totally in my face.
