Hi everyone. I am Justin and I collect 3.75" (or slightly larger) only. I got my first Star Wars figures in 1978 and then I got a few Battlestar Galactica figures a few years later. I have been hooked every since. I am now actively collecting samples from many different 3.75" scaled toy lines. I have so many that I started getting very picky. I have enjoyed reading news from this site for the past few years. I finally got regular access to the internet and that motivated me to post here. I look forward to buying and trading here just as I have done on rebelscum and cooltoyreview. My user name over there is ; whendroidsfly. Last edited by JustryGT; 09-08-2011 at 04:28 PM.. Welcome to the Toyark! So ballpark average: about how many different 3.75" lines do you collect? I have collected a lot of different toy lines over the years, but I tend to keep it limited to only a few these days (space constraints, family, changing interest, etc).

Good question. I have collected and still own samples from over 50 toy lines . The only major purge happened years ago when I sold my vintage MOTU and a large box of Hotwheels. Usually, I will not focus on more than 5 toy lines per month. It may seem like it would be hard to manage but I have saved searches in ebay that really help. Like many people, I have big plans for them to all be displayed together but at the moment they sit in boxes. I move a lot . I am casually searching for the newest Captain America, Thor , and Hasbro Vintage style figures only while getting groceries. On ebay, I am hunting for Big Show from Jakks Pacific Build N Brawl, any Star Trek aliens from the '80s under 4", and Remco movie monsters. Justin |
