I only have City Hunter but man it's an awesome figure. The left shoulder joint was stuck but a hair dryer and some effort helped. I was pretty much a nervous wreck the whole time I was trying to get it unstuck worrying that I was going to break it.

So stoked to FINALLY have a Predator that can go up against Batman (easily one of my favorite crossovers ever) and/or Sub-Zero (thank you MKX for that match-up). Can't wait for the Lost Predator they're making! |

The figures are lookin' good. Only really interested in the City Hunter (and the Jungle Hunter, if they're releasing one in a later wave), but I'm glad to hear that the quality is bumped up over Hiya's Aliens figures, as those looked nice but were otherwise crap with terrible articulation and joints that would snap if you looked at them funny.

Bummer the wrist blades are rubbery and prone to bending, but no biggie. Would the hot/cold water trick work to straighten them out, or are they too gummy to fix that way? Also, where can you order these? |

Product Search Page Entertainment Earth https://www.entertainmentearth.com/h...tor%20&eeshop= City Hunter pre-order is sold out at BBTS, but Entertainment Earth still has them. I've never ordered from ET before, anyone have any opinions? Are they decent to deal with? Last edited by Dolemite; 03-09-2018 at 04:11 PM.. |

I use Entertainment Earth all the time. I get a lot of stupid licensed merch because I’m a sucker for that stuff. Also buy when they have stuff on sale. They’re usually slower to get product in stock, but they’re nothing but professional when you have to contact them.

No offense, but if you actually bothered reading the article instead of just the headline and nothing else you'd answer your own question.

I think you might need to reread my previous post. The “mini” descriptor is commonly associated with figures 2” and under (Lego, Micro Machines Action Fleet/Battle Squads, Air Raiders, StarCom, M.A.S.K., all those shelf-warming Guardians of the Galaxy and Age of Ultron multi-packs, etc), not traditional 1/18th-scale toys.

Found a seller on Amazon selling these (legit, bot bootlegs) for a very fair price, so I used Prime shipping and I now have myself a super-keen GI Joe-scale City Hunter. Joe was right, the quality is vastly improved over Hiya's Aliens figures. The joints are solid, tight, have a good range of motion, and don't snap if you look at them funny. Sculpting and paint are hugely improved as well. They actually look almost like someone took a NECA figure and shrunk them down to Joe-scale. No issues with paint-locked joints, and despite the wrist blades being a soft plastic they're not warped or bent at all. Good accessory selection as well, only complaint is that it's hard to get the smart disc in the City Hunter's hip holster. But overall, very impressive stuff and Hiya should be commended for upping their game after their nice-looking but crap-quality Aliens figures. I love this thing.

I was just kinda speed glancing at first and saw "Hiya" and "2," and was wondering if this was news about the Injustice 2 figures.

Ah well, at least it's showing some decent 3 3/4 inch offerings. Can never have enough of those.
