If Hiya do a Predator line as good as the Alien line then I'm on board.
They have said they plan on doing predators and were asking a while back which of the human crew they should make as well.

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like the Predator figures are far enough along to show at SDCC.

Bummer but knowing there are 3.75 Predators coming is a dream come true. Any word which movie/comic they'll be based on?

It looks like the first film. They were asking which if the original cast people wanted to see first. The general consensus on their facebook page was "All of them".

That makes sense. Don't care which members of Dutch's team get made I'll get all of them but if they do 3 like they did with the Aliens Marines I'd guess Dutch, Dillon, and Billy.

Unfortunately, upon its release, the game suffered from... continuity discrepancies and was universally disliked by fans and game critics.
Now that's just not true at all.

Indeed.

Okay, it's not THAT bad, but they don't look as good as I was hoping.
They're also missing the lobster-plates on the back of their helmets (which should be bigger, but whatever).

Well, German Colonial Marines, anyway.

Unfortunately, you are incorrect. The game was absolutely panned upon its release. It sits in the mid-40's on Metacritic, with even lower user scores in the mid-30's. There are a total of 2 positive critics reviews listed on Metacritic. 1 for the Xbox 360 version, and 1 for the PS3 version and none for the PC version. Negative user reviews far outweigh any positive user reviews.

Also the game's story, ignoring the actual gameplay, is a hot mess the moment one remembers that they essentially nuked the planet from orbit just to be safe at the end of Aliens. In the movie Bishop states that blowing up the atmosphere plant will annihilate Hadley's Hope, yet this game set after Aliens uses Hadley's Hope as a primary location. Then there was the whole retcon mess with bringing Hicks back to appease fans yet doing a terrible job of explaining his survival.
