Enough with all the timeline nonsense. It's plain and simple. 1966 - 2005 was STAR TREK. ALL of the abrams/kurtzman stuff is SHIT, and is INTENTIONALLY trying to deconstruct and DESTROY everything that came before it. This INCLUDES pukehard season 3.

1966-2001* Enterprise is an alternate universe as well. The people running Star Trek have mismanaged it for decades and that includes the 90's. Somebody needs to buy Star Trek and erase everything after Voyager. Then create a post Voyager series and skip Romulus' destruction because that didn't happen in the Classic timeline.

What happened with your experience with Quality control ? Truly curious ?
I was hesitant to order 1/12 Judge death because the body sculpt worked.
I dont have much else but older hiya alien figures to experience but all my Recent Hiya Godzilla figures are made really well with accurate detailed paint .Both Kongs , Mothras, Rodan ,Skullcrawler and Ghidorah also amazing quality . I feel safe Pre ordering more Godzilla Hiya coming they are flushing out the monster verse nicely.
These Contra figures look like good sculpting ,better articulation .

In the past ive bought some hi ya stuff and parts have snapped off at the slightest bit of resistance to move them so ive been wary of 5heir stiff. Not sure how their 6 inch stiff is gonna be and i hope its good as contra really needs to have aome figs in that scale.

Thats a bummer ,I dont blame you for avoiding em. I think Hiya are getting better with bigger scales. Ive been lucky with my older small aliens. The small hand joints always make me nervous for changing out different hands so I never did once on shelf.
The larger figs appear thicker harder plastic.I dont have any human characters yet to confirm . I Personally hope there is more Leatherface figs coming from 1974 film Ill get that in 1/12 scale .

Still don't care for the spines of Millenium Godzilla but that looks really damn good. Hope Final Wars is the next reveal.

OMGodzilla!
There's finally a high-end, articulated Godzilla 2000 figure.
I know that technically there is a MonsterArts version, but that one is weirdly based on the poster design and not the suit design.

I CANNOT WAIT!

The head on my Hiya ALIEN Big Chap popped off, and I can't get it back on. It's damn stubborn and I may have to buy another one. It didn't seem like anything was broken, but after the amount of force I subjected it to, it likely is.

Not Bad "Hiya"....
It's priced right for the size...

The "Best" 2KG for the price...

Was "Banpresto" 2KG 12" tall!!!...
(over 20years old)
That was a sweet one at the time..

You can still find them...
$50 to $100 for the nice ones..

"Hiya" did good...

However...
Me will pass..

Must say tho...
"Bravo Hiya" ;^)

Some Hiya Toys figures are kind of iffy in the strength department, like Judge Fire, I am not sure what they do to make the plastic clear. But whatever it is makes Judge Fires plastic kind of sketchy in certain places like the piece holding his shoulder pad to his arm. So far it has not broken but i'm kind of afraid of it breaking. Funny thing is the first figure I ordered.Did have a broken shoulder pad arm whatever you want to call it, They sent me another for free after I took pictures and a small video clip showing the broken area.

*1964 is Star Trek. The Cage was the only true Star Trek. Everything else was based on NBC's version.

But alternate universes aren't the same as alternate timelines. The Mirror Universe is an alternate universe that shares the same timeline as the Prime Universe. The Kelvin Universe is an alternate universe created by an alternate timeline. (I'd argue any time the crews messed with time travel it created an alternate universe...)

And now the Nacelle Company has the license for 1:12 scale figures from TOS to ENT. Someone here might want to explain to them and Paramount how their timelines should work.

I meant that TOS TNG DS9 and VOY are classic Star Trek, Everything after that is an alternate universe including Enterprise. Of course, The Cage episode is part of the original series. But we never saw that episode until the 80s.

That looks like they made a figure of Simon Pegg's stunt double. Which is odd because the Sulu that they solicited has a pretty good likeness.
