I'll never buy Super7's overpriced figures, period.

Y'know, I know nothing about the guy running Super7, but I can't even hate on him for his crazy high prices. I'd never pay 18 dollars for a damn Archie figure with 5 POA, but if people are thirsty and willing to give him the cash, I say go for it! I respect the hustle!

There was a RoboCop 2.0, I believe it was in camp green or similar, that was originally going to come out for the reboot movie. I wonder if that will see the light of day.

I hope Hiya gets some Terminator licenses. Would love to see well built and articulated T-800s, etc. As well as some Arnie figs but also some of the comic book characters.

I'm assuming that's a close up shot of a digitally printed face, because that's really rough to look at.

Missed this post, but yeah, I agree 100%. Super7 is out of their collective minds trying to sell their 5 POA figures for that much when vastly superior figures in the same scale are the same price or less. Hell, GI Joe figures retailed for much less.

I have the 1.0 version on display next to my Hot Toys Robo, which I personally thought was a nice updated design (though I still miss the walking tank aspects to it.) The 3.0 version badly missed the mark though in every way. It just wasn't anything special to look at...if you could figure out what you were looking at. The black design hid all of the details and the films lighting did it no favors.

There was curiosity as to how Neil Blomkamp's vision would turn out for the upcoming reboot/sequel, but I don't really have a whole bunch of optimism in that. While I enjoy his use of practical effects and some of his filming techniques, his name is kinda tossed out there for every sci fi property needing a reboot and he's somewhat of a flake (he's already off the reboot film he was "so pumped" to be working on.) Consider my enthusiasm officially curbed.

Great for all the 3.75 collectors, but if you don't care about scale, and want the end all Robocop figure and don't wanna drop for the Hot Toys...seriously...put up the extra money and grab any of the Mafex ones. They are all that good.

Movie was extremely disappointing, but it wasn’t the black suit that ruined it. Story changes, weird human hand was an odd choice, and killing his partner early on?! What the hell!
As far as this figure, the damaged looks like a dog got to it. That sounds awful, but what I mean is that he looks chewed up. Really needs more detail work to pull this off, especially for a black suit. Lastly, I can’t believe that they still aren’t giving him a noticeable mouth. The original figures (by a different company) had the same problem.
