Hollywood likes to remake movies like True Grit, and this holiday season's thriller; The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo.

Soon we'll have The Amazing Spiderman, though more of a reboot than a remake, Tobey's Spiderman movie's corpse doesn't even seem cold.

What say you?

Are movie remakes worth it, or should Hollywood focus on new material?
