Three versions of one figure from a movie that isn't out yet and has a good chance at being a box office bomb. Another good call by Hot toys.

Really wide hips. Skinny neck.

Edit: I guess they can’t make the neck any bigger so it can have more range. IRL, Dwayne looks like a human thumb.

Yup, pretty accurate descriptions of the Rock IRL. Hot Toys did a good job with the likeness again!

at least this explains why McFarlane had two different paint schemes, and not just because he felt like it -- it's obviously going to be a transition some type in the 3rd act, same for the blue to yellow effects.

I also agree that no one's completely nailed Dwayne's likeness in either paint (McFarlane) or sculpt. I think it's hilarious that HT did a 2nd People's Eyebrow expression rather than focusing on making a single 100% accurate sculpt.

Well, supposedly it's setting up Shazam 2 so I think they have to make it work. Especially since I think they were rumored to be going all in with the Snyderverse once again.

His whole talk in the trailers about nobody could match him leads to obvious speculation of Superman appearing.

Changing the body proportions is a mistake. This looks weird. For the amount that we pay, a Hot Toys figure should look good, not weird.

But more than that, Rock looks unhealthy somehow.

Dead Company and their parent Warner Brothers don't have the resources or the intelligence to make this work. They've run every character not named Batman into the ground.

Why hottoys can't have 3D scan/3D print technology? Do they still sculpt by hand?

It looks somewhat accurate (but I feel like they should have actually changed proportions to make it look better):-
