Cool. It'll let me buy and even though I have a US shipping address, I can't pay for it because I'm Canadian.

I don't collect that scale anymore, but I would have made an exception for the Reeve Supes, even though the cape looks awful. Oh well.

OH MAN this is exciting! I can't wait to get the West Batman/Reeves Superman! They'll look incredible with the Keaton Batman they released, just wish they could get away with doing a Nicholson Joker. I'm not a fan of The Dark Knight Trilogy, so the Ledger Joker is a pass.

I ordered a Joker and Superman, this is too damn great of NECA. I never thought this would be possible!

Too bad Man of Steel sucked pretty bad and I'll have to find a way to rid myself of that DVD...

One thing I neglected to mention is that (in store, at least) you don't necessarily have to buy the DVD the figure is pictured with, the banner we're putting up says the deal is for any select superhero DVD. I just left, but if I remember correctly you can choose from: The Dark Knight trilogy
Man of Steel
Batman (Keaton)
Batman Forever
Lego Batman

There'll probably be more once Superman ships too

Neat. I'm sure my TRU will not get these though since my TRU didn't get the Keaton Batman or a lot of other semi-exclusives, but I can probably trade Man of Steel at Hastings for something if I bring it in still wrapped and new. Also I didn't know that WB uses Hastings as their kind of proxy seller site, I guess maybe WB owns Hastings or something like that. I noticed because my bill for the order was sent to goHastings even though I used the Warner Bros Exclusives eBay store. Either way November can't come soon enough.

Guess I can't either. That stinks!

Anyway, the store on EBay is empty as I type. I guess they sold their quota and pulled the listing.

I'm experiencing that a lot lately. There's something I want, I try to watch the pre-order pages like a hawk, and then --- oops -- I blinked, the listing went up in the middle of the night, and it's sold out already!

Been waiting for a 7" NECA DK Joker since 2008, and it's unavailable to me because I'm Canadian. This cross border relations BS is getting on my last nerve.

I like how on ebay there is a choice of which Joker you get, I went with the Dark Knight option naturally. Superman had no option and I think that's why he sold out so quickly, I got one of if not the last one.

I am remembering how the Keaton Batman figures last year had some apparently consistent QC problems, which I speculate came from it being a rushed production to meet deadlines. Hopefully they'll have fixed any problems this time around.

^ They are still in stock on Ebay.

My TRU still has Keaton Batman's, so I am not worried about not getting one.

Do we know how much TRU is going to charge for this? If I remember correctly, they charged less than the Ebay account did (for Keaton Batman).

So I see they restocked, when I got mine it sold out.

On the DC thread Black Arbor said that they rang up at around $20 at TRU and it didn't seem to require a DVD. I'm still glad to have already ordered them online since my TRU never got the Keaton Batman so $5 to $10 extra as insurance of getting them rather than hoping to find them in the wild doesn't ruin the price to me.

Ah, thanks for the info.

I wanted to order it on Ebay, but I am not going to pay $37.98 for any of those figures.

Here's to hoping that I catch them in store.

The big problem with Man of Steel (which isn't a bad movie) was Nolan/Goyer's involvement. I'd say they did a mediocre job with The Dark Knight Trilogy, and I think those movies were far more off base than Man of Steel, but that's just me. I'd be down if NECA decided to do a Batman Begins figure in this scale though. It's definitely the most livable movie of the three, and the suit was the better of the two. Plus having got Keaton/West I'd have to round out the NECA Batman collection thus far. I'd love it if NECA could do Batman V Superman figures like this! The Mattel stuff coming out just doesn't suit me, and NECA kills it with pretty much everything they do.

Also for people who miss out on these auctions don't worry, just bookmark NECA's Twitter page. Randy does a great job at letting you know when things are going to be back in stock, and if I remember correctly the Keaton figure wasn't hard to get after the initial rush.

I was going to buy all three, but they still charge $7+ shipping for each. That's absolutely insane.

The omly problem with that Joker figure is that it's bundled with ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES MADE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME.

Agreed. I thought it was free shipping. I would have pulled the trigger if that was the case.

That's nearly double what TRU will sell them for.

I know acting like Batman & Robin is the worst movie ever made is like an internet right of passage or something, but it's REALLY no where near! It's a hokey toy commercial that's self aware, and pays homage to the 66 series. I'm not saying it's a good movie, but it's entertaining in the same corny right as the 66 series was. It even portrays the character of Bruce Wayne as someone who's actually intelligent, something The Dark Knight Trilogy never did! Also, to its credit Bane was actually recognizable to the character he was based off of.

You can pick what movie Joker comes with, like The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, Batman '89, etc.

Went back to work and grabbed my set!

A few things: Batman DOES come with alternate Batusi hands, as well as a batarang and radio, and is missing the mid-foot hinge and ab-crunch, but he's superior in EVERY way to the Mattel version! (Just try to check a few samples to compare paint before you buy, as some have derp-eyes and the chest colors may not match the arms

The R Us I work at got them in today too. We don't have a NECA vendor so no one cared if I bought Joker and Batman. $19.99 each.

Nice! yeah, I find it odd that we have a NECA vendor, 'cause it means we have product sitting around for several days before it goes out, but I guess since we're in a more affluent area of Michigan, we get more attention
