I hate this ironman S*** but I would love it if they took a design from the comics or mvc3

They would need to get a license for either of those. Capcom's Marvel license has expired and they aren't re-upping it. So no MvC toys can be made. Hot Toys in general doesn't do comic toys, mainly only Movie/Anime/Manga based licenses.

I wonder what's up with the car battery (accessory pack? giveaway?). The figure itself looks exactly like the first one.
