Mondo sold out of the limited edition of its 12" Rogue within eight minutes because they let people buy three on 1,000 piece run. There is still clearly a huge demand for the Rogue with all the accessories after it sold out instantly. Can't Mondo produce more? Otherwise it's only hurting its customer goodwill & helping scalpers.

Still whining about scalpers? If you were to resell this figure you'd have to start at $350 just to break even, at which point both the buyer and seller are dumb. I have no sympathy for either side and I don't know why anyone else does.

This "scalper" argument has no weight anymore. Given the current economic situation if you have the money to pay for "scalped" toys you're either doing just fine financially or you have a problem and need to get your act together. Again, either way, no sympathy.

If you knew what you were talking about you would've criticized Mondo for not putting the exclusive Rogue as a Timed Edition as they did with Harley, Gambit and Sabretooth. However, and I'm just spitballin' here, even if Mondo gave you a week to preorder it you'd still complain about missing out and accuse them of helping scalpers.

It's almost like collector's are a bunch of adults in name only who don't understand personal finance and just want to blame someone else for not being able to buy their toys.

Mondo figures are NECA quality at Hot Toys prices, which means you'll be holding on for dear life as you test the joints and crossing your fingers that the figure has no paint app errors.
