My son is 10 and likes the very articulated DC action figures, I want to get him some for his birthday(which is coming up soon) but I don't know which ones to get. He was talking about the DC Multiverse figures but he's had a few before and they were pretty cheesy, then he was telling me about the DC Essentials and Icons but they seem a little too price for my some to have to play with. Any help is greatly appreciated, seen as how I know nothing about the subject.

Price range, some characters your son likes, and the number of figures you want to buy for his birthday would be helpful. Also, would your son be ok with loose figures or do these need to be new in the box? You mentioned that you bought some DC Multiverse figures and they were cheesy. Do you have any idea which company produced them? McFarlane Toys currently produces a line of 7 inch action figures under the banner DC Multiverse. However, Mattel also produced 6 inch figures under the DC Multiverse banner from 2016 up to the end of 2019. If you're not sure who produced the figures you bought, the color of the packaging and how long ago you bought the figures could tell us which company you'd like to stay away from. |
