I've been on and off about selling some of my collection, but haven't been sure what to sell. I'm sure a lot of you out there have sold some of your stuff so I'm wondering how you came to that decision?

Well, I'm moving to a new state later on this year and as such, I've decided to sell off what I don't consider essentials or what I can't display.

For example, I've had my NECA Alien collection in a container in the closet for 7 years now, and as much as I love the franchise, I'd rather it go to someone else who can enjoy it, so I just sold it to another huge Alien fan.

For Marvel Legends, I had 3 different versions of the Fantastic Four, and I really only need one. As such, I chose my preferred versions and sold the other two along with the Inhumans as they are incomplete and I don't like them enough to bother spending the money they cost these days (not that the team is complete still).

For X-Men, I've decided to focus solely on the Claremont era, therefore, I'm selling off everything almost everything I have that is after Claremont left. I may even throw my animated/Lee versions, X-Force, and X-Factor guys in there too.

Spider-Man is really the only thing I am keeping the vast majority of.

Everything else for Marvel just depends on if their my top tier characters. For Cap, I'm going to keep his main enemies, AIM, Skull, Batroc, Crossbones, Zemo, and MODOK, but Hydra and Shield are not essential to Cap, so I am getting rid of them.

I'm keeping everything related to Sentai/Ultraman/Kamen Rider and pretty much everything horror that isn't Alien.

Thankfully, I've been selective on TMNT, video game, and GI Joe, so I really only have the figures I want.

Anyway, I'm rambling on. I say think about what you truly like the most, what you have room for, and if you would truly notice/be sad if something is missing if you were to sell it off.
