But Toybiz is still around, now called Marvel Toys. They do wrestling figures, last I heard.

I am unsure of exactly what you want? Are you wanting the marvel lisence to revert back to them? If not, I doubt you'll find any support, as most people seem hugely happy with Hasbro's MU line. Marvel Legends really don't fit well in today's pricey market, and toy making techniques have advanced waaaaay beyond Toybiz' pre ML lines.

In my perfect world, Hasbro and Mattel would share both Marvel and DC licenses. With Mattel having the rights to do 6" figures for both properties, and Hasbro having the rights to the 3.3/4" figures.

I think this says it all. Toybiz played a huge role in not only Marvel figures but figures in general. But that time is over. Now, in ten years or so when Hasbro will have had a good run and their license runs out and further innovation has entered the field, maybe Toybiz getting another shot would be cool. But there is no way any amount of fan-fair could affect the legality of Hasbro's license with Marvel. But you can dream.

Nope.. they had some pretty good ML figures, but the previous figures weren;t that great, and with the recent additions Habro is bring us in ML and MU,... Toybiz can sit in the corner and think about what it's done! I mean maybe down the road they can have another chance to build something, but I'd sooner see Neca, Mcfarlane or Hot toys produce retail figures for Marvel.

No. First off, petitions would never do anything about Hasbro's Marvel contract, especially since Hasbro is making way more money for Marvel than Toybiz ever did. While I was a big fan and used to collect Toybiz ML figures, I sold all of them a long time ago. Most importantly, the days of Hasbro's 3 3/4'' Marvel figures have arrived, and I collect them extensively. As far as I'm concerned, they can keep making Marvel Universe figures for the next 50 years. I'll just need to find more shelf space.

I have to agree with everyone else. I like ToyBiz figures at the time, but the stuff Hasbro is currently producing is miles ahead of anything ToyBiz ever did, including the original Marvel Legends. I'm good with Hasbro all the way.
