Ya its alway felt like they weren't designed for the figures to actually sit in them.

They seem to make a lot of odd decisions with minimates. Biggest thing to me is you'd think they'd have a universal hand peg so that weapons would actually fit in the hands. Its almost impossible to get these halo ones to hold their weapons.
