Looking through Google images for IM2 figures, I came across this site, mainly promoting the IM2 movie, but listed along with pics are what appears to be a 3 3/4'' Iron man with Tony Headsculpt, Whiplash, Nick Fury , Black Widow figure, and War Machine with Jim Rhodes headsculpt. I/we all have seen the Whiplash figure and Samuel L Jackson as Nick Fury in the boxset version,... no big deal there. I have never seen this version of Black Widow anywhere! same with the Iron man and War Machine figures with the headsculpts. I've seen the Marvel Select versions but these all look same scale... I the only 1?

Yeh whiplash isn't that big a deal.. I mean he is in terms of rarity over say mark 1-3 Iron man that covers the pegs, whiplash is usually 1-2 per case max, that Nick Fury figure only comes in the 4pack with the 2 drones and Iron man. But I've never ever seen these maskless versions of Iron man and War Machine, onlything close is the 6'' lines, but they only had a removable mask faceplate, not an entire maskless headsculpt. And that Widow figure is nothing I've even seen listed on ebay or BBTS , let alone on a hunt.

I think the answer you are looking for is in the Hasbro Q&A

"2) What happened to the unreleased Iron Man 2 movie star 3 pack with Black Widow, Tony, and Rhodey with un-helmeted versions of themselves? Last we heard you were "working hard on bringing this to the fans" Will we see it in the armoured avengers line?

A) No you will not. Unfortunately, this item was dropped from the line. We will work to include these characters in future lines where possible. "

2 bad, they had potential, Rhodes and Tony atleast, widow is kinda fucked looking, but no worse then whiplash. still wish they made a 6'' nick fury, black widow and whiplash to through in the IM2/Armoured Avenger's line.

Yeah, it's weird they never made those- and instead made the awful stuff like IM on a motorbike or endless repaints.
It's not like they did not made the molds for them already done...'the hell, Hasbro?

Black Widow actually made it to Ebay a while back. I almost bought one, but I didn't. Definitely regret that now.

But I'm sure we'll see her again in the Avengers line. Maybe unmasked Tony, too.

You could use her to do a wasp, just a little paint for the hair and some yellow stripping and you have her last version.

I've taken the hair from that awful ML Firestar send away and stuck it on her head- with some Aves and work, she'll be Medusa.
I have an easy repaint of BW as Crystal going too- I just gotta find her an avengers jacket...

I've seen an excellent and easy repaint of her as Magik from New Mutants.
