So I saw another customiser add articulation to the 5 points of articulation Star Wars Rebels action figures. Never done this before, but I thought I would give it a shot.

Ezra Bridger

Kanan Jarrus

Hera Syndulla

Chopper

Zeb Orellias

Sabine Wren with interchangeable heads

Inquisitor

Stormtrooper Officer

Stormtrooper

Vizago

Ghost crew

Thanks for looking.

I really like my Sabine & Ashoka figures, even with the 5PoA. I don't know if I'd want to try cutting them up... the lack of articulation annoys me as you can't get them into many dynamic poses, but they look so good in neutral poses that I'm happy to leave them alone and just use articulation for fiddling with.

This is a long and risky process, unless your willing to sacrifice figures, if stuff goes wrong. I would say don't attempt this. Nearly had some close calls on this project. Its just about slicing arm/leg in half and adding articulated joint to space between 2 parts of arm/leg. Using dremel for the plug to go into upper arm/leg. I glued the lower half of the elbow/knee joint to the lower arm/leg. I had to make sure not to lengthen the arm/leg in the process of adding an extra joint. Just had to make sure to add only the same amount as I took away. Then just painted the joint to match the existing colour of the arm/leg. Then paint added part to match rest of arm/leg.

Great job. What did you use for the elbow and knee joints?

Incredible job! Those look so much better than Hasbro's figurines. You did thier job for them (I have an ultra disgust for 5 POA).

That background Dio; that looks awesome, what is that from?
