Help ID Vintage G. I. Joe Parts

Got these 3 parts in a GI Joe lot I purchased recently. I think they are GI Joe but I'm not sure. I can't find these attached to any vehicle on the YoJoe.com website. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

1st pic is a base of removable missile launcher from Rolling Thunder.

The 3rd pic is a GI Joe Phantom X-19 right canopy slide rail.
