Just got this today, I freakin' love it. Never saw Whiplash single carded (was he ever released that way? I only recently started picking up IM Movie figs), so I'm glad I got him. I love the Sea Assault drone, mine's actually really loose, but he's sturdy so I don't have to worry about 'em falling over. The only problem I have with the Hammer Drone is that the missile shoulder things aren't mounted on 'em very well, any suggestions?

Yeah, Whiplash was released single carded. I still have yet to find him...

I've seen the 3-Pack. If they could've just released these when, you know, the movie came out, perhaps I would've bought it.

I fail to see how that would have any impact on whether or not you buy it.

I know that my interest in the Iron Man 2 figures has waned greatly. I guess that after seeing the same crap on the pegs for ssssooooooooo long I kind of lost interest. I even passed on some of the newest armors that I had never seen before the other day. I bought the 3-pack with Whiplash, but I honestly wasn't that excited about it as I would have been when the hype was still there for me. I can only assume that Scarecrow feels somewhat the same.

I 'm feeling a little fatigue over the movie toys. I almost bought the K-Mart three pack with Hulkbuster and Tron Iron Man today, but the War Machine was a deal breaker. I just can't look at another War Machine right now.

I know how you all feel. I'm just holding out for the last few things I want, Mandarin, Comic Whiplash, Ultimate Armor Iron Man Comic, Comic Modern War Machine, Whiplash Drone.

All these crazy concept armors are bugging the shit out of me. Can you imagine how long these will be sitting on the shelves? I still see XMO out there

You can read Ludo or DrewBlank's opinions on the subject. I feel the same way. I lost interest. A big part of a movie line is hype, and I lost a lot of my hype when I saw the same figures for months and also really didn't enjoy the movie all that much.

My interest has been rejuvenated by the impending DVD release.

I think this was what Hasbro was counting on so they waited to release so many of these newer figures. I think though it was a mistake since like so many of you I'm tired of the line and the same ones on the pegs. I still want many of the comic figures i.e. Whiplash, Ult. Iron Man, and especially Mandarin. Other than that I want the unmasked boxset{since the Black Widow is better than the MU version} and the drones then I'm done with this line. Maybe with Thor and Cap lines they wont flood the pegs with wave one and then wait massive amounts of time between waves like they have with IM2.

If they could've released the stuff BEFORE the movie, or hell, if the drones would've came out right after I would've ate that stuff up. I loved the Drones, they were one of my favorite parts of the film. But I just didn't like the film very much, and I didn't buy anything after I saw it.

Speaking of the Black Widow, what's up with that figure? That's one I will definitely buy if I ever see it.

That figure should be coming in another Target three pack with unmasked Iron Man and War Machine. They said it'd be out in time for the DVD but that window is closing fast.
