Toys and comics aren't allowed to refer to Captain Marvel by name, so the tradition is to use the Shazam catchphrase as the title or figure name instead. If you look at that Infinite Heroes set, Shazam! is in quotations, maybe to help make that alteration a bit more clear. Or something.

Anyway, Batman is the ultimate superjerk any time of the day or night.

I always thought Clark was a bigger jerk. We all know Bruce is rich kid with issues. Lots of issues. Clark has always been a role model of sorts for the best of humanity and he tries to strive for that always. I just guess that when he is jerk, it's just more conspicuous cause he's normally the big boy scout.
