These are apparently in stores in Vancouver, which is where some of the first sightings of the Mk VI and WM were, so they should be everywhere pretty soon I think.

If the same holds true for the Mark V then within two weeks they should be on the shelves over here.

Bought one! The price is worth it to me to save the time and money on gas looking for these at Walmart. My Walmart in San Jose, CA just got in the 6" War Machines and Mark VI on Thursday but I search for them for 2 weeks while they were spotted for 2 weeks in other parts of the country. I am just happy to have this part of my collection at a reasonable price for it early and not having to hunt for it

Kick ass, thanks for the heads up! BTW, did you open it, and if so, how did it turn out quality-wise? It will most likely be my favorite of the 3 figures out now.

Not yet. I suspect if a prototype does not turn out on Ebay in a month, we will see more in SDCC. Hopefully Whiplash's later form and Black Widow too.

hopefully not too long I think the longer it take the likely they might cancel the figure since weve already seen the figure with downey jr holding it...

From your lips to Hasbro's ears. Or fingers to eyes. Whatever. I could live without a Widow, since we're getting a new Legends Widow...what, later this year?...but I definitely want at least one Whiplash (I don't know what you're talking about with "forms" because I haven't seen the movie yet - spoilers will be punished).

Hasbro better not cancel this version because I think it is cooler then the War Machine.

Let's just say there is a both a mark 1 Whiplash armour you see in the trailers and a mark 2 you don't. You know that the Vanko character is a combo of Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo? Well the movie uses looks inspired by both.
