Add North Carolina to that list, I saw both of them yesterday. There were at least 6 of each figure on the pegs right next to the 3 3/4" figures

Picked up 2 war machines today. I also found out that the line is already discontinued. This will be a one time shot. Also, not all stores are getting them. Only higher end seller stores are getting them according to an inside source that informed me.

Found War Machine and Mark VI in Fond du Lac, WI tonight around midnight. They were sitting on the pallet still so I took the box and opened it, lol. Then an employee came by two minutes later and hauled it into the back. Not sure if they were actually putting them out or not.

Skipped on Mark VI. Definitely did not look all that great in person; especially when compared to the Marvel Select version. A different red and gloss could have changed my mind.

The paint app on War Machine is lacking on the helmet... but I'm also the pickiest person ever when it comes to paint. I drive my girlfriend nuts when we're in the toy aisle. The eyes are straight but the grey app is shifted to the right a little bit. I picked out the best of the worst. Stopped by a few others on my way back home and didn't see anything else.

Rereading my post... it sounds negative but don't get me wrong, I love the figure! I'm just impossible to please with paint. Definitely worth the $13.00.

don't know about higher end walmarts just getting them Ive been checkn a super walmart by me and they don't even have anything in their system and this is a fairly new store so I just think some stores are slower to order them then others.

I'm the same way with getting the best paint on my figures, I can easily fix the silver issues on war machine but I have to have one where the eyes are as perfect as can be, those you cant fix. that's one reason why I don't want to buy them online.

I checked with a few Walmarts both super and reg. Some stores do not even show them in their system. The store I got mine GOT ONLY 1 CASE. 3 of each figure were inside. Some stores that I checked with showed discontinued in their stock period. That show this will be a one shot with no re release. This happened with Walmart Exclusive Gi Joe Battle Stations last year.

I doubt their gonna be one shot releases, its too big of a movie, being marvel, and especially a hit sequel. my guess is that its just taking stores longer to set up and what not. each stores different

That has me worried. I'm heading down to the one near International Mall mañana at some point and see if they have it or what. I also checked TRU this morn and found that they have stocked up on the 3 pack. Other than than....

Oh and speaking of MARVEL, they have the large Phoenix figures at 14.99 clearance price, for those that like more than just Iron Man.

This is reality. The source I got my information was the toy dept. managers from different locations. They pulled up UPC codes and some stores do not show inventory or discontinued on their system. That should be a good indicator of limited release of this series. Walmart release are the worse of all exclusives. Limit supply period. Here are a few examples from past years that were hard to find to give you guys some insight

DC Universe Wave 5 Metallo

Marvel Legends Ares Cross Bones plus the others from series

Gi Joe Rise Of Cobra Battle Stations

Marvel Legends Nemisis Wave

plus MANY OTHERS.

that makes no sense that their being discontinued when their just barely getting released. I'm thinkn perhaps the stores are just gettn a little tight lipped and also if their constantly gettn calls and asked the same questions day after day they might just be gettn annoyed lol. they might be limited released but no way are they getting canceled this is a major movie release and their being sold not just in the us and canada but also over seas.

I keep calling my Wal-marts and they either don't pick up or they put me on hold just to hang up on me 5 minutes later. If anyone around the Albany/Schenectady area in NY happens to stumble across these could you PM me?

that's what I saying I doubt your the only one who is calln them everyday but like anybody you get called constantly their gonna remember the number and either not pick up, give you the run around or screw you. I personally don't call I just drive over, and I calmly ask them if I don't see anything out.
