I completely agree on this, since I too work at target, I really don't know what comes in nor what is ordered. This target is small enough that we have an offsite warehouse where all they toys are housed. At the same time there is so many people that are employed that most don't have a clue as to what is being asked since they are not interested and seriously would rather be home.

I, on the other hand will help out as much as I can cuz Mahma rais'd no foo' and I shop at these places as well and hate it when I'm placed on hold for 15 minutes (my brake) just to be told "jez, wee hab eyeron mahn toees" Me: "Pero señora nadamas le pido por una figura en especific-" them again: "JEHZ, tenemos irahn mahn, ok?! ok" CLICK

If you think your theory is right then you have a problem. Look at how many people are still looking for these guys. You can see from the postings. People from all over the US are having problems period. If it was so easy to get then everyone would have 1. The toy dept managers know their stuff when they can confirm UPS's checked. It does not matter if movie is big release or not. Hasbro is smart not to mass produce this figure because of exclusive status.

remember these figures have just started hitting stores state side so put that into consideration and of course the head hunters that buy them out to sell on ebay at high prices. I haven't been following the target or kmart exclusives so I don't know what their numbers are but I'm holding judgment as I said these have just started arriving in stores. the demand is too high for them to only be going to one or two stores no company or distribution store is that stupid...

Agreed. So was a lot of other Walmart Exclusives recently. And those were EXTREMELY LIMITED with no re release. Examples are as follows:

Walmart Gi Joe Battle Stations, Marvel Legends Cross Bones, etc....

I usually don't shop wallyworld cuz it's too far and sometimes their isles are rather pathetically small. But I am surprised to see some figures that other stores either have very little or don't have anymore and these are not exclusives either!

What I would like to know is who in Walmart exec offices orders these things so that I can give him/her a good ol' sift kick in the _____ (noun) so that they'll stop this nonsense!!!

We are talking Walmart Exclusives here. They are limited period. Look at past releases of Walmart Exclusive toys I listed. The same can be said here. They are not going to mass produce a figure in an assortment and be stuck with the figure no one wants. In this case the Mark VI armor. I see these guys warming pegs here. War machines are GONE. Walmart/Hasbro are smart not to mass produce. There is nothing stupid about higher end stores getting them. While others do not.

obviously being an exclusive the production numbers wont be near the numbers as the normal lines but I'm just saying give them a chance to get to the stores that you know will carry them. its obvious that war machine will be the hot ticket on all fronts from this particular 6inch figure and the 3.75 figures its a amazing design and you cant deny it. I'm just saying the strong stores will get them I'm sure its just the shipping and warehouses that might be having the transport issues I mean trucks aren't just dedicated to these figures they carry all the stores products.

Distribution has and will always be a problem with Walmart period. Some exclusives do even make it to the floor. Complete boxes are bought by comic books stores re sellers. etc... from the back door So the War Machine will the hot ticket.

Agreed, just hope War Machine is made in amounts high enough to be easier for all of us to find them while not overclogging shelves. Some exclusives do well at Walmart, some are impossible to find. Like DCUC wave 5.

I'm hoping they'll be enough. I have only found empty pegs so far, but I think they'll start popping up in better numbers soon enough.

I really feel sorry for you guys who are still empty handed. Knowing Hasbro even if the 6 inch figures at Walmart are gone. There is still a good chance we might get some repaints of the 6 inch, considering how well they are already selling. Maybe a Red and Gold War machine, or something like the Target repaint War Machine.

Update here in this topic. I checked a few stores as mentioned and some show NOTHING in their system while others show limited amount. I checked a few different stores super and reg Walmarts. This one particular store has 48 quantity on order. And guess what ??? They got 1 CASE. While a few other stores ordered 1-2 cases and GOT NOTHING !!! So the point is that these are MORE LIMITED as originally projected. Of those stores, none of them have plans to re stock and this line has been discontinued. This will be a ONE SHOT DEAL.
