How do you swap arms on Marvel Universe or X-Men origins figures at the shoulder?

XMO, depends on the figure, usually just a hairdryer to heat it up will work if it's one of the rubbery plastic ones. MU male figures no clue. On the hinge mu, you can push the peg out, and swap at the elbows though, including DCIH. The same can probably be said to the knees of some styles. Female figures like Ms. Marvel have a flat plate on the inside, and nothing short of tearing it apart, or cracking the chest will make it removable.
But figures like black panther or punisher I would like to know about if anyone's got suggestions besides cracking the torso. |
