I wonder how these are going to fit in the line. I hope we're not getting reduced poseibility substitutes for legends scale figures. I reckon I would settle for them as the prices for both the legends and movie 1 war machine are climbing.

I think some of these may be preposed fgures akin to statue/ heroic pose figures and maybe limited articulation figures aswell.

NOOOOOO! Not a triangle light up chest! I like the circle way better it made it feel more sleek and less mechanical looking, also I like Ultimate Iron Man best and he has a circle chest too.

I believe the triangle is for one of the armors and the rest even the concepts have circles. I agree the circle just looks right.

I realy want a legends scale War Machine, but that joe scale one looks great. Will probably get a combo of that one and the movie version.

True, I just wish the IM2 figures were Marvel Universe style(elbow hinge+bicep swivel instead of elbros, better paint apps, et al).

I'm gonna hold off judgment on the articulation cause from the looks of it the style of the articulation doesn't sacrifice the armor look which the movie designs are the best we've ever seen of iron man...and on some of the mu figures meaning armor wearing ones they can take away a little from the designs. So Ill review it once I have them in hand...and I hope we still get some good 6inch figures even some of the concept heavy armor repaints would be cool.

OK, I'm confused - probably because I'm stupid - does this mean we're getting Legends-sized IM2 figures in addition to the tiny-ass Universe-size figures we've already seen?

if you mean the 6inch line that was launched with the first movie then yes we are still getting a few I believe and some static posed figures as well.

Hasbro has hinted at that.
