Wow...finally, IM2 articulation on IM3 figures. Granted four of the armors are straight-up repaints, and Tony looks like he's mostly reused parts, but still...

Depending on the price, and when it's released, I might actually get this. Mostly for the Tony Stark figure. Only thing I would want in-addition to this is a similarly articulated Pepper figure.

This is how they give us a Tony Stark? Son of a arc reactor. If only it had Iron Patriot it might be worth the price it will take to acquire. As much as I want Tony and Mark 42 I don't see myself paying for this one.

I'm kind of split on this. I do want the mark 42 & Tony Stark and while I lack a mark 2 & 3, the paint apps would seem out of place in my collection.

if those are scale 3.75" figures Id just really be interested in the mark 42 especially if it has full articulation like the iron man 2 figures. I also agree it should have in the set the new armors and not the mark 1, 2, 3 and 6 to me thats a waste.

Delta13 If you could do me a favor, tie your friend at Disney to a chair in a storage locker, put his feet on a pale of water, hook jumper cables to his nipples and politely ask him for details on this set, if he refuses... get creative. we need answers man!!

That sounded like an oddly specific fantasy there but I digress...

I have a Tony Stark figure already, from the Iron Man 2 packs but I'd be into another for display purposes.

I'm going to say 6 in, some of the ankles look pivoted. But I sure hope they're 3.75 in figures, but I'll buy them either way.

EDIT: They must be 3.75 in. figures, 6 in. Hasbro figures have double jointed elbows! Am I right? Victory for 3.75 in. collectors!

Why is the Mark 42 the only armor without the glowing effect for the arc reactor and repulsors? I don't MIND that it's missing those apps as I think they look ugly, but it has me curious as to why they went that route with it.

well, my only question is: if those are the 4" ones, where did the sculpt for the MK 42 come from? And the torso/arms of Tony?

Here's more proof it may be 3.75 in. figures, look at Tony Stark's hip and ab joints. The way the hips look like a T joint, and the ab has that shirt crease like Joes have. Not a normal 6 in. figure look, wouldn't you say?

Oh, you know what? I think you're right! He might be like that "GI Joe Nick Fury" from the IM2 TRU 3 pack... If that's the case I'm totally in, I'm a huge Joe fan... He definitely looks like he has the Joe split abs...

There's actual doubt that this is 3.75"?

Look at the movie Mark 0. It's not the 6" version and there's no chance Hasbro would re-do it for this set when they already had a mold from IM1.

^This. It's obvious at first glance these are 3.75's.

You're right, it is! Well the legs look different as well as it not having gloves, but it looks like the same torso! Cool!

See Hasbro, all you did was recycle parts from other figures! Since you didn't need to sculpt a new body, why did you wait so long for an unmasked figure of the main character?!?!

mks 1,2,3,4,5,6 (where the rest of them went no idea)+ 42 & IP in ML have been already released , i suppose you can get 40 ironman in MU already.
Maybe have a rhodey figure as a variant or something getting us to pay for 2 but again with 5 different armors, All I'm saying and if you say to your friend tell them not to repeat armors !!! It's really annoying

EDIT: plus you guys have the rights , and should listen to the people your selling it to
I hear ya! I already have all the figures except Mrk 42 and Stark, I really don't need more repacks. I would have loved to see an Iron Patriot or even a War Machine 2.0 as that was a favorite character of mine, and we know Hasbro has an unmasked Rhodey head. In a perfect world it would have even included a Pepper Potts figure, but we know that will never happen!

EDIT: Maybe Stark and Mrk 42 will pop up on eBay, then I'd buy them and skip the set altogether!
