I own them all so I know. ... I could see silver centurion being made, I really do like the Toybiz version but a redo could be nice, was never a fan of the mandarin mold, I like the blast effects and facesculpt, but the rubber wardrobe is a bitch to pose with. I liked the modular armour, but their high prices makes it hard for most ppl to pull the trigger on him, I got the warmachine variant coming in the mail moc and gonna keep him moc due to the pain it is to keep them posed same with mandarin.
I'd bet money that wave 2 of these will be "Movie" series:

- Mark 42 Armor
- Iron Patriot War Machine (or regular colors)
- Mandarin

That being said I agree with you behindthemask, We really do need a new ML Comic Mandarin figure. The MU figure of him is superb so I would be happy if they even just scaled that figure up to 6" scale, gave him a few extra points of articulation and called it good. (he'd need his removeable helmet and energy sword too of course)

After seeing the detail shots of these I gotta say the helmet on "Bleeding Edge" (or Heroic Age if you prefer) looks amazing, like it came straight off the comic page.

Though I will say the arc reactor and little "arc diodes" all over his body look a little...bland. :/

Just adding a little white dot in the center of each of those would make it look pretty much perfect in my opinion.
Here's a pic of the MU version so you can see what I mean:

Could be 1 of those figures where certain ones have better paint then others, I remember when the 1st movie figures were on shelves, but it also could be a project to make it look better with a dab of white and baby blue.

The head on bleeding edge armor looks better than the squished mu one. Does ml have a extremis armor? If not, its a great mold.

I compared the one with the 2-pack and the new one is that iron mans alt. head is a different one, and its lighter.

They do it was the first 1 made in the ROML figures, same as the iron patriot mold, came in regular gold/red and stealth blue, but not the same design as the MU scaled version.

We hope the Tony Stark head and alt hands from the two pack fit on this figure.

I guess? haha. I just randomly felt like going and saw some ultimate spider-man and iron man 3 toys out. Maybe my local TRU brought these out early?

Some online sources have leaked and some foreign sellers have found them have not heard of anybody in the US or Canada that have found them at retail. Apparently the back card artwork shows 3 more characters but they're blacked out, with a date of Feb 16th. Which makes me think you guys will see this hit retail like next week or week after, with the 2nd wave coming out later that month/march.

Definitely looking forward to completing Iron Monger now (and the IM figures aren't too bad either, as I don't own any of those specific molds). Too bad the card backs for these are such a tease, but I understand why.

I'm not too sure about the Iron Monger. It looks cool and all but I'm not really blown away by it. Aside from that, I'm really excited to get these figures. After scoping the package, it seems the other three figures in the line won't be coming until Fall...that seems very strange.
