Anyone wonder why NECA has this license and not Mattel?
Doesn't Mattel have the "MASTER LICENSE" what ever that means? I mean Hex has been on Brave and Bold , JLU and Batman the animated series. is it to "Adult"?! Or is it that Avatar burned Mattel so badly on Movie license figs...... Otto..It means 8 ![]()

Mattel doesn't have a master license, but they do have a very broad ranging one. However, DC is still able to make licensing deals with other companies without interfering with or violating their deals with other companies.
As far as being burned by Avatar figures, you might be on to something... ![]()
