It's nice that they made a few changes, but the price is waaaaaay too high. When the ROTS line came out, you could get the Gunship for 30-35 dollars. twice that is a bit of an extreme price hike.

True, the ARC-170 is going for the same price at TRU and like the Gunship, was only 30-35$ back then too. The only vehicle in that class worth the $65-70 pricetag IMHO is the new Y-Wing...it's pretty big.

Love the additions. But I already have the first CW gunship, and for that price, hells no. If it were a more reasonable 40-something, than yeah.

It seems everyone is of the same mind on this. Sweet vehicle, not so sweet price point. I don't see how Hasbro plans on selling many of these at that price.

It does have new and retooled parts but having it cost 2x as much as it did years back? Nope. Even $50 for last year's Walmart repaint(without the new parts) was pushing it.

I bought this the other week here in the UK for half price in TRU, £39.99, thats about $70 or so, so its about the same price as the US now. It was first priced £79.99 on first release.

they are now on sale at TRU. $50. My TRU had no less than 30 of them in the overhead. May-b they might come down some more by X-MASS.
