...if anyone here would buy/trade a figure with some one if the shipping is almost 10 dollars? Canada Post is STUPID Expensive when compared to our American counter part! So to save myself time/money.

For example, I got a Red Hulk figure to sell or trade with some one on the forum, but with my MU figures coming to a whopping $11.19 CAD at retail. and 8-10 dollars for shipping, would anyone do it? It doesn't have to be Red Hulk of course, he is just the one I bought because thats all their was.

Interested in your thoughts/comments. Because if everyone says "Hell No" I probably won't be sending out any figures :P

I think I would if it was something that I really wanted. My personal rule when it comes to trading is, if I have something or find something that someone wants. I will get it for them and ship it to them all that I ask in return is that they do the same for someone else one day, in other words. Pay it Forward. That's just me though.

For a Red Hulk hell no, but for a cable with baby hope or one of the older rarer figures then yes it'd be worth it. Its a case by case basis of course but with the figures being retail for less than 10 and shipping being at least the same, for most of the common figures it wouldnt make any sense.

I just traded a MU Apocalypse figure for a MU Wolverine/Silver Samurai comic pack with someone on this forum, and shipping price never even came up in the discussion. Just a straight trade, we pay for shipping. Shipping the figure first class USPS only cost me $3.24. When it comes to buying figs on eBay or something, though, you have to keep an eye out because sometimes folks will deliberately way overcharge for shipping.

All I get is common figures. If I ever saw a Cable and shit like that I wouldn't need to worry about anything. I will probably return this sucker and harass them to order more MU figures lol

Shipping is usually not in question when dealing within the states and usually that is discussed before hand when items are loose or packaged. Shipping to Canada or out of the country is a different story because of shipping then being higher. It'd be worth it for higher prices items but not so much for $8 MU figures.

It depends on a few factors. 1 is how important the figure is to the collector and what they feel they should pay for it. The average prices for most MU figures is around $10/figure, but on ebay some sellers have $20+shipping for 1 figure, so that great deal turned into not a great deal fast. Most people have the patience to go store hunting for them and save the shipping/ $$ exchange costs, but gas, time and retail sources all add up 2, and some buyers will say screw it and look online and shell out the extra to counter balance the extra effort and $$ spent trying to find the figure at retail costs. $10 isn't 2 bad, not 2 great either, would you be able/willing to combine shipping on multiple items? because if I buy 3 items off you and the shipping is $15 for all 3 then not so bad, that kinda thing. Right now Canada post is on a super annoying strike so good luck sending to begin with, without resorting to using fedex/UPS. I got items awaiting to be sent to me from both USA and Canada, fuck I want this stupid mail strike to end!

$10 to ship to Canada from the US is as cheap as it gets. If you're shipping something like a Gigantic Battles set or Galactus, you're looking at $30.

So the lady at the post office is a damn filthy liar. Lol. Those are the correct rates for almost all 3 3/4 figures :P

yeh, it could be less or more then $10 depending on the speed of delivery and overallweight, it would differ from figure to figure, apocalypse, the hulks etc may exceed or come close to some limits more so then say Daredevil or Bullseye.

Well, I'm not a MOC collector so the bigger figures like Thanos, Hulk will be the 6-7 dollar range, while Spider-Man size will be the cheaper one. I am glad I found that, took 30 fricking minutes to find that page on the Canada Post website. Worst set up ever.
