Dude, I would be suing his ass for unlawful contact resulting in bodily harm, make him pay for my legal fees, make him pay for either a coverup tattoo or laser removal and it'd be done by another artist, and potentially ask for him to be banned from tattoing/close the shop down. It's like a drunk guy coming in and asking for a swastki on their forehead, tattoo artist knows it's wrong but does it anyways. it's pretty much criminal negligence/intent.

Snopes has been known to get things wrong from time to time, but in this case, I'd say it was fake too.

As far as I know, in the State of Ohio it is illegal for any State-licensed tattoo artist to knowingly give a tattoo to a customer under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, even if that customer gives consent (written or verbal) prior to the act.
