I actually really like that one as well, it's my next favorite from those DC ones after Star Sapphire. I love Hawkman too, and what I like about this one is first, the pose I think works really well for a mini-bust that's cut off right at the waist, the wings look really good along with the overall sculpt, and honestly, just the little cool touch of having the Atom on his shoulder probably put it over the top for me.

Thanks for the insight!, this definitely broke any doubts I had about getting him.

Nice Harley Quinns.

Those Toy Biz Marvel figures also brought back a lot of memories. I still have most of my Toy Biz Marvel figures on display, like you all have mentioned, toys back in the days were meant to be opened and played with. It's nice to see those figures in package again.

They look amazing. I really like the black and white series. I have the Batgirl statue from this series, maybe you may have seen it while browsing my collection. beautiful statues. Congrats.

Thank you! The Toy Biz line brings back so many good memories for me, and yes, back in the day I regularly opened them as well. The carded ones in these pictures have been mostly acquisitions later on, and I agree, it's fun seeing the old packaging. Looking forward to also finding more of my loose figures as I keep digging through stuff.

Thanks, and yes, the black and white series is great!

I actually just saw your Batgirl statue, and I LOVE that costume design so much, I have the color version of that statue myself!

I have the Origins version. They look fairly similar in sculpture.

You have O-Ring Tomax & Xamot that's cool. I also really like those DC figures. Is that Riddler a Mattel DC Multiverse figure? Same with Ultraman? Is Batgirl a DC Direct figure? Also, can that Devastator be separated into each Constructicon, or is just made like that? I'm generally curious how combiners work as toys because the only Transformers I have are just standard robots, not combiners.

Thanks, and yeah, I really like those DC ones as well, I believe they all came out in 2014. The Batgirl and Riddler were part of the DC Collectibles DC Designer Series and both based on Greg Capullo's designs. The Ultraman was part of the DC Collectibles Super-Villains line.

Devastator is in fact made up of the individual Contructicons, you can have them in robot or vehicle mode. All joined together as Devastator actually makes it slightly difficult to pose standing up, but a little finesse gets it there. This was my dream Transformer honestly, even though I love so many others.

So none of them were Mattel figures I see. I thought Riddler and Ultraman might have been given that they have the same points of articulation that most Mattel figures have. I knew Batgirl wasn't because she lacked the feet articulation.

That's cool about Devastator. I was wondering how they did that. Are the Constructicons sold separately or a Devastator?

It's sold as Devastator, but when you open the box, it's the individual Constructicons in different compartments, and then you can of course combine from there if you want Devastator mode.

Definitely one of the best Transformers they ever made. Pricey, yeah, but worth it!

Right? Forget the Cobra vehicles, Tomax and Xamot are stylin'!

EDIT: I tried to get the twins to squeeze in, but wasn't happening. The best I could do was space chimp:

So it's effectively a six-pack and BAF all in one.

Nice Metal Men set. It's amazing how differently they posed Platinum compared to the other men.
