I wish I could justify the cost of these, because hot damn do I want to support KoF merchandise, especially action figures, but $75 a figure is one hell of an investment, especially for 1/12 scale.

Good chance I'll get the Terry, because he's my favorite character, but until they dig deeper into the roster, I don't know that I could manage spending that much often enough to support the releases.

Which is a damn shame, because Rugal looks fantastic.

Are the licenses a lot more than MK I wonder? They're $50-60 for the ninjas, these are 50% more than that. I know they're getting less use out of the molds, but come on, I'm sure there's some re-use of arms/hands etc.

That MK, SF, KoF, and Tekken dio is going to be bad-ass... waiting on Injustice... haven't heard anything on DoA or DarkStalkers... that should cover everything for me...

There's really no conceivable way that I wouldn't degrade or humiliate myself for a Darkstalkers line. Storm is taking on equally obscure videogame properties, why the hell not DS?

As for my dream figures, I'd want Morrigan, Dimitri, Jedah, Huitzil, Pyron, B.B. Hood, Lilith...hell, I can't think of any Darkstalker I wouldn't want a figure of. Seriously, if Storm makes it, I will come.

Yeah I am also looking forward to this guy. I wish they made Ryu look more like this. This might be my first Storm figure, depending on the full release details. From what has been revealed he looks amazing. Though these guys are very pricey.....

Darkstalkers and Virtua Fighter are seriously the only two fighting games out there where I don't have an issue with ANY of the character designs. There might be a character or two that I dislike due to playstyle, tactics, or move set, but as far as design, every design works and works well and I would snap up anything that would be offered.

If I had to pick five from Darkstalkers that I think would make a great start, it would probably be Dimitri, Morrigan, Jedah, Felicia and Anakaris. But you could fudge in just about any other character into that initial offering and make someone happy because those designs were just that good.

I wouldn't say no to a Joe, Nagi or Red Eye, but if we are going that route, I want a Mahler, Axel and Candy from Fighting Vipers as well. I always thought those two franchises would work well side by side.

IMO they all go together since they all shared the graphic libraries of Virtua Fighter 2. While Virtua, Bronx, DOA, Vipers, and Megamix are all spiritual cousins (sharing the aforementioned VF2 engine) - Last Bronx was developed by Am3, hence the wonky fighting in comparison to the much smoother mechanics of the other games. Aesthetically speaking, none of Sega's fighting game characters were particularly slick looking. Sega always went for fighting style over flash. However, Mahler and B.M. are essentially Serpantor and would look pretty cool in figure form. Redeye could also work...
