Knock-off popple? (With better pictures)

I figure it's a knock-off of popples. But I can't find anything! I've looked all over the internet. I'm guessing they weren't very popular. Is Dan Dee Import Inc. no longer around? I can't find them either. Anyway, anyone recognize this? The tummy says, "Tuck Me In".
