Well, her skin wasn't originally white so obviously its more of a pre-New 52 Harley in a New 52 outfit.

Makes it a pass for me, honestly. New 52 on had white skin, and that's the amazing Rebirth outfit.

Not to be a stickler, but it was a design change I had loved.
