Why in the world would Hasbro release comic versions of these figures in the 6 inch scale but not the 4" scale? These looking really great, but I regret not getting that Loki in the MU scale!

Dammit! I am so torn on wether or not to collect these and the new Legends line, or just stick with MS and MU.

Anyone know if they're going to do a movie Red Skull with him wearing the black gown type coat?

How is that six inche scale a let down? Better sculpt or better articulation? I don't get the whole smaller scale is better philosophy. Compared to these, the small ones look corny and cheap.

Im not sure why people are disappointed about these being 6" scale either as this'll fit in well with those that collect Marvel Legends. Im only wanting that Loki and im sure im not the only one.

^I don't think anyone here is implying the 6" figs are a let down. It's the fact that Hasbro is letting us down by not providing us the 4" figs of the same caliber i.e. comic style, especially when Hasbro went so far to release a fleet of 4" figs where half are fugly Thor movie peg warmers, and not a single comic line fig.

mu is only good for a 6inch scale of either wasp , antman or yellow jacket

I'm definitely going to pickup the new ML line; I just gotta have the BAF! I'm skipping all of these 6" figures, but if these hit my local Walmart, I may pickup only Loki to complement the ML Thor.

Another few reasons Im skipping: I try to avoid owning duplicate figures (referencing the comic THOR) and also I've never been a fan of movie line figures.

Not really, bigger isn't always better, and some people prefer the small to the larger scale, myself included.
I ditched my ML deadpool and scarlet spider for the smaller set.

But I digress, I would've loved that new ghost rider in 3.57" size, so damned cool. I might grab it anyway, but I'm just hoping the price for 6" figures hasn't skyrocketed, that black widow cost me an arm and a leg.

Hey isn't there a extremis ironman in that scale being released soon too?

Loki is the only one I'm interested in, for now. And I don't mind the 6" scale, I just prefer the 3.75" - 4" scale more.

For certain characters though, the only factor that determines whether I get it or not is the price.

lol Gown.. duster.. over-coat.. whatever. I am talking about the Select style version.. like he wore in the movie. The one thing I didn't like about the 3.75" Cap line Red Skull is that he's wearing a Dr. Evil suit.

I'll skip these 6 inch figures...ML is too expensive for my tastes at the moment, so I think I will stick to the cheaper and more economical MU scale.

Good point but this is how I think Loki should always look and its by far the best looking figure out of these IMO.

Where is the confirmation that they are hitting shelves according to this article? This just looks like a release by Hasbro saying that they are being released and I dont see anything pinning it to anyone having them in hand or showing up at Walmarts.

It's a good thing they didn't release these when the movies were in theaters. Logic is so yesterday.

I cannot wait for these. But probably just Loki, since we didn't get a "modern costume" version of him in the MU line (WTF Hasbro!?)....

...ugh, who am I kidding...I'm a filthy, dirty toy whore and I will be buying every single one of these the moment I see them...*slams head on desk*

I have nothing against the 6" figures I just cannot afford them in large amounts and displaying them is a pain when you want just a couple of shelves with a ton if figures. I really like these figures but I don't have a museum.
