I think it is most likely a Brock Lesnar joke.

Well yeah, but one of Scott Steiner's taglines was being the "genetic freak", and he's with TNA right now (not the WWE), so I figured he might've been hinting at Brock going over there. to feud with him or something.

That'd be cool, but I think he'll end up in WWE if he wrestles again.
