Love the ring @K_Dubious!

Are we talking about the background from this post?

I am just confused how this is a Turtles diorama, as they are usually sewers. It would make a good Gotham background too. For what terms exactly do I need to search? Thanks!

Kirk and Spock went to Saxon Switzerland today for a bit of cave exploring and rock climbing. I took many figures with me so there will be more pictures from today's outing.

It is by Bif Bang Pow from the Mike Tyson Mysteries, there are a few different variants, but I just wanted him in his typical look from the show, and thanks for the compliments!

Much appreciated! This is actually my 4th or 5th custom ring, I need to order some spare parts as I love throwing these things together. The mini ring is my first out of scale one and I like it a lot more than I thought I would!

That is precisely what I was going for. I have had the Boss Fight Studios figure waiting for months, and now that I finally got Tyson in I realized how out of scale he is... I just ordered a UFC figure that I will fully customize into Little Mac. I held off on finishing the Boss Fight one because I was wanting to do soft goods trunks, but I have abandoned that idea.

Actually, the Turtles spend a lot of their time on rooftops.
This is the diorama in question:

I really don't think it's worth the cost to track down, though. Like any convention exclusive, secondary-market prices are absurdly expensive.

If you're looking to buy something appropriate for Gotham figures, I'd recommend DST's Ghostbusters rooftop diorama:

It fits a lot more figures, it's got a greater variety of surfaces and heights to display figures on, and it's more appropriately gothic in design.

Just track down the appropriate Ghostbusters figures you need for the rooftop portions.

Of, if you're a Ghostbusters fan as well, get the whole set and enjoy the massive lenticular display!

@tekering Thank you! Yes, I remember now having seen that Turtles diorama. There is also another one with more yellish bricks. I just hadn't known that there was a skyscrapers background attached and the houses might be too small for 1:10 figures anyway, I think the Turtles are smaller?

I also think the Ghostbusters one is too specific and everyone would recognize it, just like when I use the Buffy library as a generic library and get asked what the Doctor is doing in Sunnydale.

Is this the right place to admit that I haven't even seen Ghostbusters... I see myself out until I do.

I am not actually looking for a display to display figures, mine are all packed away in boxes where they don't gather dust and not take up much space. I am more interested in backgrounds for photoshoots.

I got this nice background from a Spiderman playset. It looks 3D but I swear it's only printed cardboard. I only added the starry sky and the fence. And also the bridge did come in handy:

It is indeed the dio that Tekering mentioned. It's rather nice for being something that comes out of a box. I was fortunate enough to grab it when NECA did their presale for the Turtles before SDCC.

It's the same set that I used for my Ninja Reptiles pic a while back...

They're handmade. They're syringe safety caps that have been cut down to size, painted, with a printed logo glued on.

I used slightly different materials, but it's more or less the same process. They go over making the labels as well.

You can also use grocery store ads for logos as well. Just gotta keep an eye peeled for them.
