Not in this picture. They mostly included normal hands with this figure, as the character in TOS was not supposed to have a missing finger and often it was hidden using hand doubles.
They did include one hand with the missing finger though. I plan to do the Tribbles picture with it. It's on the list.

I'm not sure what line this Vader is originally from, I think its Rogue One (I got him paired with the Probe droid), but its fairly impressive for such a tiny figure. Pretty much the only two Darth Vader sculpts worth a damn in 3.75 scale are recent 5poa. The rest are pretty terrible I think.
