Made by Four Hoseman, same company that made the Scarabus and watchkeepers that I posted the other day. Not sure if they have any Tiger ones but check out the site and see what they have.
Action Figures!
From my understanding, this company makes figures based off fan voting and arent necessarily from a comic, movie or book.
