That explains it. Hasbro is probably my favorite toy company, but I do not approve of their paint choices, where Transformers are concerned; the promo images always feature silver bits, but when they hit retail they are a dull, toyish, cheap-looking gray.

Also, after several months of couch-crashing and living in a Toyota Dolphin, we finally got jobs today: we are moving back to Twin Falls, Idaho... where all the above photos were taken.

The return to Twin Falls means I'll be freeing my Sigma 6 figures from storage for the first time in more than three years. Whoo-hoo!

Thank you so much, Alchemist. I feel like I have a lot to learn yet, and there are limits to the extent to which I can improve my photos from a few years ago, 'cause PicMonkey and the like can only do so much. It's always nice to hear that someone likes my photos. I want to learn to be more subtle with the editing; without it the photos look washed out, but I suspect I take it too far sometimes.

My buddy Bill gets the credit for that one. He calls him Tiger Claw. It's basically a repainted Jungle Ops Snake Eyes from the Sigma 6 series. EDIT: I lied. It's Ninja Armor Snake Eyes. Here's a review:
