nice set!!!
though i look at them now and they look a tiny bit weird... this line (from whatever that artists name is) used to be one of my absolute favs. I have almost all from this line...shit..now this was probably what..10-11 years ago oh wait..i don't have that Atom..nor do i remember ever seeing it. was a diff era of collecting though. wasn't there also one from this like that was a half batman, half superman..or something like that. They did make an Atom but the one I have is a custom someone made. Red Tornado and Capt. Atom are also customs. I also had pretty much all of them at one point too but slowly gotten rid of them after losing interest. I kept this batch of guys cause it kinda looks like a capcom version of the super powers lineup. |

Yep, Composite Superman. Here's a picture of the complete line-up.

Oh yeah…forgot about Metallo. He broke when I was setting my room up and haven't gotten around to fixing him. Or rather, I haven't had the desire to fix him. He's probably my least favourite DC Direct figure ever.

Man, he really looks lifelike in your picture. Great face! I never minded the DST figures but this is certainly another level. Last edited by Astra; 09-07-2018 at 10:58 PM.. |

Guys, guys, look what I found in the box with dollhouse stuff someone sent me!
Now what to do with it? It's only about 4 inches long, I don't have much in that scale. A Playmates Kirk, Indy, the HALO chief and some weird robot. ![]() Last edited by Astra; 09-08-2018 at 03:31 AM.. |

I wouldn't have half the stuff I have if not friendly people who want to ged rid of their things and think I might have use for them sent them to me. *sigh* now I want one too. You all are enablers, that's what you are! Stranger Things kids on skateboards! Dustin is changing the wheels on his right now. And Hopper watches fondly. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Astra; 09-08-2018 at 03:56 AM.. |

Are those TechDeck skateboards, Astra?
That's the Nickelodeon 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Secret Sewer Lair" playset. Apart from the "Ubiquitous" panels I added to give the tunnels some depth, the rest is stock; I just gave it some custom paint work. |

Ah yeah, that is a cool addition. It matches up well. Good work. I doubt that would fit on my shelves but I’ll have to grab that playset for future use. Thanks for the info!

Astra, you have McFarlane's Stranger Things figures so you presumably know what you're getting into, but the Trek figure articulation is the usual frustrating/ugly/useless mess, and Picard's likeness is off and even Kirk looks subtly off from some angles (something with the paint on the eyes, I think).
That said, they do somehow still photograph nicely, and I captured some better shots today that I'm excited about (they're not on Flickr yet), including a crossover I've been planning for nearly a year.
