I built it. I tried to make it as accurate to the 1974 movie as I could.

Here's a gallery of the pics I've done so far with this diorama

Absolutely awesome and amazing! You're my kind of guy, the things you cannot buy, you have to make yourself. You would have made a good citizen of the GDR / East Germany

I've only watched the Texas Chain Massacre movie that had Matt Bomer in it, and there is even a figure of when he loses his face but I can't decide to buy it...

I like these Goblins so much that I wanted to give a green cloak to Knubnik, just can't seem to find it. I originally bought it for my Enchantress figure, but the shade of the one I received differed from the one shown in the auction.

Thank you. I built the diorama because the photography is a big part of why I collect and I felt that the only way to do that figure justice was to make a full set for him since that's where you mostly see him in the movie.

I do have some German ancestry so who knows?

I'm only a fan of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre film, the sequels and remakes do nothing for me.

I hear you! If I look back over the past 12 years, how I started out with the Stargate figures... with all simple white backgrounds. A little grass or sky or book shelves do wonders for it looking more real.

It can't have been easy trying to get all the measures of the single kitchen items from screenshots.

I know he is an electric engineer (he is, isn't he?) but he had to stand in for a bricklayer today!
I always have been fascinated by brickwork. I work in an engineer's office industry, I draw plans for houses and bridges that get built. But mostly concrete these days. I did learn how to do proper brick walls when I studied for my job, but apparently I have lost my touch. If you look very closely, you can see that I did the corner wrong. Here is how it should be: https://www.baunetzwissen.de/imgs/3/...486827bd4d.jpg

In any case, you always start a row with a 3/4 brick.

As a fictional character he is declared to have 11 PhDs and his focuses are mechanical and civil engineering. All he does in the game is build machinery in the middle of combat. That's besides the point, fun pics.

Thank you! I just thought he must do electrical work because of the power cord hanging from his side. That you don't really need for brickwork or carpenter work. And his glasses are for welding I guess.

In my pictures he'll be used whenever I need someone for a blue collar job Thanks again for introducing me to him! As you can see, he arrived rather quickly.

Glad to help out and I'm glad you were able to get one in such a short amount of time. Sometimes these TF2 figures from NECA can be a real pain to get a hold of because of the game's dedicated fanbase.
