Indeed. Tell the people they have free unlimited storage and then threaten to delete all but a thousand of their photos if they don't pay. I'm done with them. The place has been a ghost town for years and now they do this? It's almost funny.

Sounds like Photobucket all over again. Except they just one day a year ago without any warning replaced every picture posted everywhere with a stock one, and expected you to pay 400 Dollars per year. It was like a hijacking ransom virus.

After huge outrage and everyone fleeing the price is now much less and had they come up with that in the first place people might have even paid it but I doubt anyone will come back now. Also some were stupid enough to use this page as their only storage and could not even log in and download old family photos.

But what is nice, they have restored the old pics now. Many forums with picture threads had been dead and would/could not be reuploaded. My old pics are back now, with a Photobucket logo but I can leave with that.

Thanks, Thor. I’ve always preferred Flickr to Instagram, but I feel like they’ve given me no choice.

Astra, this is better than the PhotoBucket situation insofar as they’re only charging $50 a year, but worse because they’re not just blocking access to photos, but actually deleting them.

thnks for the heads up....i looked at this today and only had 480 pics...and since i had nothing else to do..deleted like 100 of them i didn't need.
I think this will still suit my needs though...since I don't take nearly as many pics as some.

Sorry. But I've always used it only for pics I wanted to upload to the internet and kept the original on my own computer or harddrive. I understood this being the purpose of the page. But not as the only storage unit.

I was an imageshack guy before they lost their minds, this was after I stopped using photobucket like eight years ago. It was an awful place long before they pooped the bed.
Imgur is probably the best image host. I use tumblr, which allows me to upload my toy photos privately and share what I want. I dunno why more people don't use it to host.

now THIS amuses me..
makes me wonder if the nugget could be modded (cut) to make the helmet fit perfectly. Though it might be hard to find those nuggets dudes now-adays. I'm CERTAIN i have one or two tucked away in the darkest, oldest reaches of my collection..(next to a few Noids, an Alf, and a Marvin the Martian.)which i haven't laid eyes on in..hmm..28-ish years......damn..i should just stop collecting now..
My man! Appreciate that.
I wish I knew where my Noids were, those have great photo potential. I have so many of these nugget dudes. Like, way too many.

A lot of those old Happy Meal toys were strange. I was obsessed with their Muppet Babies figures as a kid. And the Rescue Rangers!
I've never considered that, I wonder if I actually could "surgically alter" one of the nuggets to accommodate the Juggernaut helm. A project worth looking into, maybe?
Posted in the marvel thread, but I thought I'd lay my tribute here.

Excelsior.

While other families look forward to their Thanksgiving gathering, Bruce remembers and mourns his parents that no longer can be with him.

@Kuma_Style I’m trying to resist this voice that tells me I can buy just one of those. The poseability and options look killer!

Honestly, she's really damned good. I'll probably be swapping it out for the regular color rather than owning both but if you're looking for an Arcee it's definitely the most fun one I've played with.
