I dug around for similar threads before I posted this, I didn't want to waste an entire thread on this question but this is the best place for me to ask. I'm only willing to spend up to $250 on a camera but I'll gladly settle for something lower than that...I need very high quality images and average quality videos (I plan on making a few "how to" videos for customs on my YouTube channel). I've been looking at a PowerShot Elph 530 HS for a while (mainly because of it's built in wifi) but something tells me I won't be happy with it. Can any of you give me some recommendations?

For me, I suggest you try D7100 the best camera for shooting sport and action. DSLRs have been carrying the title as the most versatile cameras on the market, capable of delivering the highest quality images. You may also try D5100. It can be amazing both in photos and videos

You could also try reaching out to some of your preferred/favorite YT reviewers to see what they use for their own stuff.

Hopefully, Tony and Joe see this and tell you what they use for their stuff, too. Or you could try sending them a PM.
